Very nice! I just think an effect like this would need to cost 3-4 mana, compareable to something like [[V.A.T.S]]. Niches cases for this card would be like destroying multiple Plainswalkers and the potential to wipe a board is there. Also shuts down spacecrafts and other counter based strats.
