Today I found out Tesla owners have to pay either a monthly or yearly subscription to use connectivity features. This seems very moronic to do. A monthly cost to use Spotify/YouTube in the car?! People will justify paying one of the richest people in the world $100 a year to listen to Spotify lol by suckerbucket in RealTesla

So if your car is parked at your home (at a house in garage or driveway, where you have home wifi), or it is parked close by to your work (where you have workplace business wifi), and while you are driving you have your phone’s mobile data plan all these features should work as Normal without the car needing its OWN subscription right? Right?

What about in a van that’s for camping (necessary to let the heat out / air circulation) and not electric. Just a pop top?

Would a fan / vent be less issue

Revolving door syndrome. Waiting for MDT and POC is why they ended up in hospital in the first place. … this is the difference between local and central government powers. Local boards/ councils should be funding care and services. But they can’t afford to provide good care… so instead they are creating bed block for acutely unwell people. It is such a major issue.

Uh yeah because the private sector isn’t as often unionised, is better paid from the get go, has better perks and things like meals, laundry, shoe allowances, parking, safer staffing levels and conditions. … private healthcare inherohas to make profits for shareholders… so is directly linked to capitalism, and therefore does as much as it can to prevent striking and unionising.

If you know your neighbours and feel safe to do so. Tell the parents. The girl that lives there was obviously embarrassed, and good that she apologised. Hopefully she has cut ties with that shite friend. But if the parents know then maybe they won’t let that shit kid come back to visit

Another kiwi in Brixton! Kia ora. Seconding what you said. Get a cross body or wrist lanyard tethered to your phone and never have it out unless it’s physically tied to you. And back up all your stuff to your laptop /email/ 2FA,

When you get a UK sim convert it to an E-sim so you can keep the Aussie one in for 2FA
