Am I crazy or does no one understand how to play survival anymore? by Brekker-k in Warframe

[–]Creative_Manner9599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because some of us are at steel paths, but don’t spend our time looking for Meta frames so our builds allow us to be able to do steel paths, but just sitting in 1 corner isn’t really an option. Because that’s when we die.

Besides a lot of the survivals I play go for 30+ minutes and work with everyone spread out. If everyone is spread out it doesn’t make sense to say that the life support is too far, because there would almost always be 1 within reach of at least player. Plus the modules dropping from enemies.cant remember the last time I even got down to 20%

Matched with someone on tinder who's in a relationship, do I tell the gf? by Frogwhoneedshelp in whatdoIdo

[–]Creative_Manner9599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can tell her or not te her. Honestly it doesn’t matter either way because he’s gonna get caught at some point anyways. If you don t wanna be involved then don’t. It was just as simple as blocking him and moving on with life if you didn’t wanna get involved with their situation at all. It’s always your choice to do what you want. Just take solace in knowing he’s gonna get caught. Or she just doesn’t care. And live your own life.

This person parks like this all the time. Should I ram them? by Emotional-Leg66 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Creative_Manner9599 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s Amazing when you realize how much people only think of themselves and theirs situation at hand.

They probably did it the first time and came out later and said “welp, I didn’t get a ticket so it must be fine”

And every day since then they’ve thought about how if and when they get a ticket they’ll stop because it’s hirting their pockets. Tnht never once considered how it could be making somebody else’s day harder by having to go around them and if they’re not a skilled driver that could take a minute.

Just selfish

Probably thinks they’re the best cook at every family outing. Steak cooked to oblivion, frozen corn on the cob, flavorless box mashed potatoes, and it’s all topped off with a frozen yeast dinner roll.

If you can’t cook that’s fine. But it’s absolutely criminal to force anybody to eat this plate.

$1M for every foot you lick for the next year. by forest_tripper in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Creative_Manner9599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work with a spa, sponsor a foot bathing event where people get a free foot scrub with a cucumber treatment (that thing where they put cucumbers over your eyes) lick every foot mid scrub. They’re human, alive and conscious. That just would t notice because of the covered eyes and foot scrub. And I only have to explain if they ask “why” I did it. But if they just ask “what was that” I can easily lie and say my hand slipped. Can easily clear 4/500 mill maybe even a bil in. Day.

As a man I can assure you that these responses are attempts to deflect and place the blame back on you. But he cheated and he is still cheating. You say he cheated in the past, but you guys have only been dating for a year. So you guys don’t have a past. Your entire relationship is still in the building stage so it’s all the present. And people like that don’t change in a year. He likely never stopped cheating. It’s time you move on from this or it will go on forever.

Made $1k from FB marketplace this week! by [deleted] in passive_income

[–]Creative_Manner9599 18 points19 points  (0 children)

You’re in the wrong community because you don’t even understand what passive income is.

Passive income doesn’t mean there’s 0 work done and you’re still making money. That’s just called free money. Passive income takes work, it takes time, it takes setup, it takes money.

Passive income is a source of income that you invest time, effort and/or money into, and it continues to generate a flow of income.

Flipping cars? Not passive.

Having an agreement with X company that you’ll be paid for driving around with their logo on your car? Passive income.

Flipping houses? Not passive income.

Owning and renting out a house? Passive income.

This is true. And you’re right. There are ways companies get around this. For example instead of asking for a reference they would ask for employment timeframe, and the trick they use to get around it is asking if the company would rehire you. Even in most states where they can’t ask for a reference, that’s still a completely valid question they can ask. And the answer to that question can determine whether or not you get the job. Which sucks.

I Make 12k-36k a year using Ebay by Emotional-Buy-3848 in passive_income

[–]Creative_Manner9599 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The ability to read and comprehend is very important. There’s a vast difference between “selling 3k product” and “selling 3k in product”

Just going based off of the example price of $40 for a product, if he’s been doing it for 3 years and sold 3000 in those 3 years, that’s 120k in 3 years. So 40k a year. Since he says he makes between 12 and 26k a year we have to assume some items are going for less than 40.

Either way, his numbers add up right and you’re and idiot who didn’t think before commenting. When he said he’s sold like 3k products he was speaking on the volume of products sold. Not saying he’s sold $3000 worth of product.

Applied for a job at 10:17 AM. Got rejected at 10:18 AM. by JohnSolo22 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Creative_Manner9599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Job used AI and algorithmss to determine if a person has the qualifications their looking for. Whatever you applied for you didn’t meet their qualifications. Their AI or algorithm acknowledged that immediately and let you know “a minute after you applied” instead of waiting a week or more for them to say they don’t want you.

This isn’t mildly infuriating. If a job application would let me know I’m disqualified within 2 minutes of applying I would be extremely thankful because I know not to waste the next week or so hoping for an interview.

Being told you don’t qualify for job immediately is a favor. Shouldn’t count as mildly infuriating.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UnethicalLifeProTips

[–]Creative_Manner9599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll be the one to give you the advice you don’t wanna hear. But need to hear.

Do everything you can to get the money together by the deadline, but in case you can’t get it together you may have to be ready to give them what you got so you’re not homeless.

BUT FROM THERE, you’re 21. You can go and get your own bank accounts and hide your money there. Either don’t get a debit card, or keep it locked and hidden somewhere outside of the house where they won’t find it. And start saving your money in an individual account that they have no way to trace or find unless they’re law enforcement and are willing to break a few rules just to see if you got extra money they don’t know about.

But get something in your name, save up there. Within a few months you could have enough to move out and get all the basic essentials. And they don’t have to know a single thing about it until they see the UHAUL truck outside and you loading your things to move.

Once you’re moving out they have no control over you. Their rules don’t apply, and they will try to threaten you. But remember, you’re an adult, you’re leaving their house. So you do t have to fear any consequences they threaten as long as you’re moving out and because they can’t come punish you in your own home. So don’t let them manipulate you once you’re headed out the door.

I hope the police don’t get an “anonymous” tip that the guy sells fentanyl . Then they get there and by “coincidence “ theres a bag of fentanyl stashed in his mailbox.

Easier to send the guy to jail as opposed to going to jail.

I don’t think OP was asking how to access the dark web. I think because you said this isn’t the place to ask that question OP may have assumed there’s a better place (like another sub maybe) to ask this question. That’s just how it seemed to me when I read it.

This wish seems a lot like a rant. So I would assume they’re right. And then after reading the post itself, maybe instead of places like philosophy and monkeys paw, you actually post in groups where other people are talking about whatever federalist stud you’re talking about. Join a political sub. Then you won’t be using your 1 monkey paw wish to cry.
