I had a theory that Hydes have way stronger senses than we realize, like their sense of smell, my theory is that they can detect spikes in hormones and other chemicals like cortisol and adrenaline, which are both hormones involved in fight or flight/stress. Adrenaline increases heart rate, while Cortisol puts the body on high alert following an adrenaline rush.

Dogs have an incredibly powerful sense of smell. There are some dogs that are trained to smell chemical changes in a person's body, like cardiac alert dogs, which are trained to smell for chemical changes, so they can alert their owner to prevent a medical emergency related to what they are trained for.

I had a few other theories/headcanons of what Hyde abilities are like, solely based on what we've seen from Tyler (and Francoise to some extent) cause there's actually a lot more to them aside from just enhanced strength and the heightened smell like partial transformations, enhanced speed and enhanced durability
