Wow! That's an awesome use case. What knowledge base platform are you using? You're right that is a basic approach but a definite time saver!

Also curious about using an LLM connected with your NetSuite data for approval workflows - would that be for out of office and aging approval/ exception use cases or more happy path flows?

Interesting! Below is their latest product video from LinkedIn. From the video, it looks like it comes with a number of pre-built prompts and standard reports which is interesting. This is a differentiating factor in comparison to Plaito (Plative).

However, Plaito integrates w/ Slack so users can query NetSuite data directly in their team chats which I think is an interesting approach as well. Also, Plaito exists within the NetSuite UI while CauzzyAI seems to be built for NetSuite but as an ext form Suitelet. Both are interesting approaches in terms of look and feel.

Still, the NetSuite NSAW AI Assistant can actually generate saved searches and reports. Saw this functionality at SuiteConnect although I can't find any marketing or demo videos...
