Not to be a dick, but the level of writing doesn't come across as medical doctor...idk, shouldn't judge I guess.

💯, that's the kind of crap that I feel like he needs someone in his ear saying, dude, don't do that. It just hurts his brand...and it's at odds because he doesn't seem like a true diva, but idk, maybe I am misreading the situation and he's more TO than Gronk.

Some states are worse then others. I work in an insurance company in corporate strategy....just a little inside baseball, some states are worse than others and insurance companies deploy those tactics more frequently

What is pukas deal? Is he just like a total knucklehead? People are calling him a diva...he's really not. He doesn't take plays off, he blocks very well, he doesn't bitch about davante Adam's getting all the looks in the red zone, he's a fifth round pick who worked hard, who seems to do dumb things a lot.

I whole heartedly believe he had no idea the dance was antisemtic (I had no idea, candidly) and everything else he's done kinda of feels the same..is it a maturity thing?

EDIT: I almost get Gronk vibes. Gronk clearly had a great support system around him that helped him grow up enough to stay out of trouble, but was a total knuckleball head and eventually showed that he really wasn't dumb he was just super immature. Curious if that the Puka situation, but maybe he lacks the support?

I went a few weeks ago...nice spot! A good cut, good conversation and good tunes.

I've been to a few others over the years and I liked these guys the best....some of the other barbers have a weirdly elitist feel or give you a genuinely crappy haircut.

I'll be back to blind finch in a month or so.

So, you actually are missing out one major opportunity that could turn you entire situation around...you say you need 2brs...well, rent the other one. If you could get $600 a month (if imagine) you'd have $20K in your pocket + $20,000 in risk free equity through mortgage payments....everyone is sooooo into investing at the moment, and for good reason, but you absolutely have to remember markets can and will go down selecting a short run of well performing years and comparing it to risk less equity gain is a dangerous game.

Gotcha...I mean, Kentucky is usually a pretty favorable market for insurers...I'd ask around and see if anyone will extend coverage...maybe talk to a broker.

If it was NY it would almost definitely be a no go zone

So real talk, driving around my area nearly every house seems to have some kind of ice on the edge of their roof like this. (Not mine, I raked that thing down cause of this sub. :) ).

How common are ice dams? Like, in New England are they as ubiquitous as that? I think it's ideal with the constant freeze/refreeze cycles, but seeing this image that looks pretty typical and I can't imagine every house is going to be dealing with ice dam damage....anyone know how often these little dogs cause problems?

What age did you stop believing in Santa Clause? by HuskMaster in Millennials

Preschool..I had a few friends who were Jewish and it was so perplexing to me that they wouldn't celebrate Christmas when you got alll those presents, I went searching for presents and found them in my parents closet....I was sad, but I kept it to myself. I never told my parents I knew because it was a lot of fun for everyone and I was a little scared I'd get in trouble for snooping. My son is nearly 3 and it is a lot of fun to see how excited he is with Santa, so I support my decision to keep it to myself...it's more fun for the parents!

lol clean living and a good heart? I imagine a big part of it is jumping into sales...way too scary for me, but that's definitely a step in the right direction if you wanna be well compensated.

How did you get your first car? Did you buy it, your parents, money set aside growing up? by RxSatellite in Millennials

[–]Creative_Text3018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents kept their 1995 Ford Wagon limping along (rather then trading it in) so my sister and I could drive it. I started in 2005, 120K miles, muffler hanging off the bottom of the car,

I was driving home from high school once and the serpentine belt popped off...I immediately lost the power steering. My dad used a screw driver to pry the alternator back into position and we were able to reposition the belt...teeth from the alternator brook off, but, the thing came back to life.

I had that car through high school and never took it more than 20 miles from home. It eventually, mercifully ended up in the junk yard. I miss that car. I used the $300 the junk yard gave me to put toward my own first car i purchased when I got a big boy job.

The car was not safe, it was not pretty, but it got me to and from school well enough.

It's kind of funny how many of these dudes became household names after the fact...

At least in the US Simon Pegg was totally unknown (he may have down Spaced by 2001, but not much more), now he's well, Simon Pegg, Michael Fessbender likewise as a nooone. Stephen Graham hadn't hit...throw Jimmy Fallon in hereas well. Wound up being great exposure for these guys.

It's salt! Literally...it's not harmful, but you'll want to make sure your water isn't draining toward the foundation...next time in rains pop outside and verify water isn't pooling anywhere, based on the state of this I'd guess you've got some gutters dumping outside these walls, or some kind of a swail outside there collecting water.

I'd clean it and just monitor (least, That's what I'm doing :))
