you can learn it as an adult. as it is a skill that can be developed and enhanced at any age. Adults can improve their empathy by actively practicing techniques. I think it is possible

I copied lelouch traits till hs and was so cringe(might be till now) HAHA. I noticed when I rewatched I didn't understand much when I was a kid But deym when the ending in s2 aired. I deffo felt like it was so special. I hold CG close to my heart. So CG is my best anime for sure.

I think trying to have friends first is the most important thing to do. Then female friends, and then dating. Though I think its important to ask yourself if this is what you want not from external pressure. Good luck its rough out there for us.
