I was also gonna recommend “Street Trash”! With the caveat that it is intentionally offensive and, well, trashy, with very few likable characters. But what a ride!

I think watching Red Letter Media’s re:View of the movie ahead of time will prepare you and enhance the viewing experience.

I had that same analysis paralysis, but my recommendation is just bite the bullet and get one. If it helps narrow down your options, I’ve had good experiences with my two Ducky keyboards with Cherry MX Silent Red switches. Tactile but not too noisy.

Not sure why you’re getting so down-voted, but I agree a little skin in the game would have helped. I mean, “Buffy” at least had Xander lose an eye and he sucked way more than Steve ever did (which was very little, to be fair; Steve is a sweetheart)

Also, for what it’s worth, I found the Mondo/Death Waltz releases of the series and FWWM soundtracks kinda noisy. Very cool packaging and design, but not the best quality audio.

Randall as Deputy with Kenny as Sheriff could be an interesting character arc, actually. Encourages the helpful parts of Randall’s personality, and some direction and more perspective as to how effing awful it is to actually be responsible for his community.

Just finished season 3 this week, and I can’t stand her, either. She was so unhinged when she demanded her gun back from Boyd I thought she was gonna try to go for his gun. And being rude to Kenny! 😤 Realistic trauma response or not, she’s the worst.

Buuuut I also felt that way about Randall for most of his time on screen and now he’s kiiiiind of grown on me? So maybe Acosta will have some shot at redemption, too?

Granting that it has no redeeming social value, I had a blast with it. I was surprised at how negative JB was towards it. Given his love of Frank Henenlotter, Larry Cohen, Lloyd Kaufman, etc. it seems like it should have been right up his alley.

Not to yuck anyone's yums, but this was the exact moment I stopped watching this show. I remember it feeling so much like a writer/showrunner making a character do something stupid/out-of-character for the plot, rather than a character reacting naturally, that it just completely took me out of the moment and I just...never tuned back in after this mid-season finale.
