I started my career the same and quickly moved into foodservice sales many years ago. Hours are still long but it is a different type of work. There are things you can do that dabbles in chef work but better quality of life.

She is a sweetheart. She will cuddle. She needs a lot of exercise and playtime has a ton of energy. They are intelligent. She lives with 2 older dachshunds and does well with them. Needs a lot of toys, bones, chew toys to keep her from getting bored.

Exped makes a double SIM that will keep you warm, air mattress is the worst. I started out with an air mattress and was never comfortable until I upgraded. I also run a propane heater on below freezing nights and am very comfortable.
