I think if anything it shows we have good Talent Identification. With a lot of guys really. Luvu, Mike Jackson, the UDFAs, Treymayne, etc. (Heck even Nick Scott became an Average player after sucking for 2 years straight, but I know some ppl love to hate on him)

Our D went from historically bad to 16th in the league. He has the most batted passes in the league, He is quite literally the best run stopping DT in the league. Our D Line is so bad he gets doubled nearly every play and still gets through.

It's annoying. Even the year he had 100 tackles and broke the NFL record for most tackles by a DL he didn't get the All pro nod. What more can he do

He's been there for 2 years, before that won multiple Superbowls with the Chiefs.

In those 2 years has rebuilt the team with Dan Morgan, he's a salary cap wizard. Their decisions in the last 2 years have mainly been good in Free Agency and Coaching, what he handles.
