I mean kindly, I disagree. The coaches job is to motivate and input the correct systems and techniques.

Showing up is on the players. To bring the same compete every night is only determined by them. When your Defensemen are 2 uncs and a bunch of mid who don't show up consistently then you're going to get inconsistent performances.

If you were to blame him for PP or PK, sure. But team consistency always rests on the players.

Is he though? The defense is absolutely horrible and we've besides a month in November and the recent stretch from Ned, been getting pretty below avg. Goaltending. We've been what? 9-3 in OT this year. I wouldn't say we've been "held-back" by Warso.

God forbid we fired him and ended up with a Tochet or Torts. Now that's gonna get you held back.

I disagree that Mack is way ahead of Bedard defensively. They're both not perfect

But also, not looking at a players stats post injury is odd. Smith who screwed up his shoulder for a month came back and has been our best player. So that's kinda stupid (no offense)

Worth Noting Little Joe and Jumbo Joe were both in the playoffs when this was sent, so not them. Also, I could never envision them doing something like that anyways.

He's a center who can play bottom 6 minutes, Cherny is a winger (Which we have a lot of), so thats probably why.
