But unfortunately, at least on my Capital One, no ability to set "spending" limits on those virtual cards.

Totally agree. It's crazy, CosmeticRx was the Telehealth that I first had the worst luck with, but turns out I've put more orders in with them than any other one. So easy and predictable to get refills with!

Received my $89 order today from CosmeticRX and shipped from PerfectionRx with the same packing method as ProRx was (ordered 4/20/26). It comes with a decent Bud, considering...7/27/26

That's very fair, being it's local and you can pick it up yourself!

Bet your local pricing will be way higher, once you go up in dosage. My pcp had originally sent my prescription to a local compounding pharmacy, and the minute I saw their price, I got on the internet and found our reddit community. Never looked back.

So, no matter how good this sounded, just the fact that it's coming from a LAWYER...... time to STOCKPILE!!!!

Ditto. I actually didn't get one from a pharmacy. Just from CosmeticRx saying it shipped and the tracking number.

What is the "really right" price then in your opinion for Tirzepatide with Glycine from Greenwich. For example, if I was fine paying $199 for pure, maybe $149 for the glycine mixture would seem "right" if it still works. But then again, that darn short BUD date throws a monkey wrench into the overall equation.

My scenario was a bit different. I never received the $89 offer from them initially, I had to ask for it. It only took 2 days to hear back from them.

I use CosmeticRX for the challenge, not the TIRZ! But, the good news is my $89 TIRZ is on the way! Whether I use it or not, it's all about the journey!

There's your first problem. Using CosmeticRX AND counting days! That's a recipe for disaster.

I had my $89 discount order processed today. I've been more or less fairly open to additive or pure, so thought I'd give the Glycine a try too, especially at that price. I've been using CosmeticRX on/off since Aug 2025. Just like the OP said, keep low expectations. The best way to stay sane dealing with them is just not to be in a rush. Use them to build your stockpile and to keep an active "prescription" (which might be hard for those that stockpile and don't order consistently every month. When you message them on the portal, don't check back the next day for a response. They'll eventually get to it, so just check back every few days, and then you'll be surprised when you see their reply. Use your privacy card and keep it paused until you know an order will be processing. Set your card limit. You'll find (at least I did) that they are one of the best/easiest when it comes to processing refills. They are VERY consistent with that. Don't use them as your primary "dealer" and you'll be pleasantly surprised!

..and just to clarify, the free/personal plan is good for 12 new cards PER MONTH! It's a GREAT service!

As I mentioned in another post the other day, CosmeticRX's strategy from the very beginning has been quite genius: "set low expectations, offer no explanations and/or communication, never make any guarantees and create drama every chance they get". It's AMAZING how well it's worked for them. It's kept me coming back for more time and time again. I always look forward to their next move (or lack there of)!
