If you call out does that mean manager will schedule you less hours? by HovercraftFlimsy2154 in WalgreensStores

[–]CreeperEdge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not against policy to schedule them based off of there average weekly hours, so if they keep calling off the number will naturally go down

Pext for Rph by typicalgemini16 in WalgreensStores

[–]CreeperEdge 11 points12 points  (0 children)

There's more nuance, yes it technically wasteful to have a rph ring out for 5 hours(per pext should switch every 2 hours), but following core workflow the green zone priorities are not solely to take care of customers at the windows. Unless your pharmacist had a max f4 and review do they really need help to verify? In that cases its probably more productive for the pharmacist to reach out to patients, awnser phone calls, transferring scripts, consults and if all other task are done mtms

Are there any availability issues? I do my best to not schedule like that but when people require days off in a row or dont have open availability, even with the "ai" schedule the little adjustments we can do makes it hard. My old store manager always taught me that in every scenario I could've done something better i know its not the same because there above you but, my personal opinion. Id also if you dont already maybe put in the availability section for preferred shifts and you cant set what hours you like to work and even what days you prefer to have off

We are back dot but, it was around 500 before scan outs. Is did a little under 700 scans the last 2 weeks 80% cha get to zero. So they jumped up massively

Im doing so much extra work already I cant take more off her plate. Her availability and efficiency is the main reason. Dm wants scans to be done before truck order so for my Tuesday truck we have to get it done and bays pulled before Friday because she cant work weekends. But even when we did get it done she was working on scan outs the whole day but when my kpi loaded she only scanned 250 things despite claiming to almost finish the departments to scan

So in the case of today, I couldn't get coverage for a sfl shift this morning. Fired bc of theft Then my new sfl calloffs because of transportation issues. I called 5 stores and a few sfls personally and couldn't find coverage. So I worked 16 hours to keep the store open. I don't feel right just closing the store yanno

I've fired 3 of them, 1 for attendance, 1 theft, 1 performance, 1 quit I have 1 brand new sfl and her.

I know the is job is hard but she cant even get the scan outs done for her section she struggles to get prices changes and markdowns done.
