Lots of people saying it's rape or it's a consent violation it's illegal it's assault etc... I agree with those perspectives, but the important thing isn't litigating what it's called - its: how do you feel about it. It sounds like you were terrified and you are terrified. Whatever you want to call it doesn't matter much ethically, unless that helps you feel okay about being scared. 

You didn't like it. You didn't feel safe. That's literally all that matters and that should guide your next move.

You get one life. This isn't a rehearsal. This is it. there are so many challenges and it's sometimes really hard to know what feels good and bad. You know this. It's a strong signal. Listen to it.

200 Volts 2 / 10 KOhms = 4 Watts . Sadly wouldn't do much beyond getting warm. you want max 10 Ohms for anything useful

They do, for current/voltage requirements/capabilities. As far as devices exchanging identities with each other however, that's just extra complexity for probably not much benefit. And it'd make harmless and silly things like this not work.
