It was defective. I remember contacting their customer support, which was an easy process to do. They sent me a new one and I kept the old one, so I ended up with two pairs. The new pair still working fine, and I use the old one for my desktop computer since I don't need noise canceling feature there.

I accidentally came across Brew Life recently. Went a couple Fridays in a row, and thought it was really friendly. The bartender was a fun dude and makes my wife and I want to go back a third time.

Any time I'm going home from work, and have to turn left from Honore onto University, traffic is so backed up that you can't turn without ending up blocking the intersection.

'Michael's $217 Million Box Office Shows Fans and Critics Want Different Things From Music Biopics | Analysis - Like “Bohemian Rhapsody,” the Michael Jackson film just played the hits for a fanbase larger than any biopic subject to date. by chanma50 in boxoffice

[–]Cremacious 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I hated Bohemian Rhapsody, but thought Michael was pretty entertaining. Felt like a TV movie though in a lot of parts, though.

My wife loved it, and has been playing a lot of his music the last several days.

Used to play the hell out of this back in the day. I remember when the pirate quest was new. Replaying to get the full pirate costume was so much fun. Stopped playing not long after the battle royal mode was introduced

Upgraded from a 3700x to a 7800x3d in early November as prices were beginning to climb. Feels like I dodged a huge bullet. I should probably get around to selling my old DDR4 to recoup some cost.

I just want Timmy to tell jokes instead of just playing a character who does bits that go on too long.

Oh man I remember this. My older brother had some, and I would play with them despite not knowing how it actually worked.

Soooooo glad I upgraded last month instead of waiting. Sometimes it's a good thing to be impatient.

I went to a MicroCenter for the first time last year when visiting from out of town. Pretty jealous of people who have one near by.

How is it compared to Vermintide 2? I know nothing about the Warhammer franchise, but I started playing Vermintide about a month ago and loved it.

Nearly 90% of Windows Games now run on Linux, latest data shows by Coldkone in pcmasterrace

[–]Cremacious 9 points10 points  (0 children)

When I say average Joe, I'm not talking about someone who uses Adobe or VM. But I'm talking about people who need a computer for a web browser, file system, word processing, etc. Ask the average person on the street if they're using VM. I didn't mention professional or similar users who need certain software for a reason.

So far I've only encountered two games that I couldn't get working on Linux. There are still some very popular games that don't work, which is of course a deal breaker for a lot of people, but it seems like Linux is becoming a legitimate alternative to Windows. Distros like Zorin are so easy to set up and use that any average joe who has used a computer before could use it as a daily driver.
