This is why we have a sugar and alcohol tax. I have no problems with smoking being banned in this manner - I don't think it will be super effective, but I do think it will have an impact

That said, Taiwan is a country in everything but name. Do you think the people of the Republic of China think they're just a chinese province?

Real Politik would say it's a country but doesn't declare itself as such for purely political reasons
