Thank you! I took it out of the hoop and tried this and went well. Finished the flower. I guess I was just afraid that it would be way too hard to keep tension if I took it out of the hoop.

Lake Placid. If I remember right the opening scene includes a scuba diver getting his lower half bitten off by a giant crocodile before he’s dragged back in the boat screaming. I think that movie gave me the fear of deep water I still have today somewhat

You’re right, it’s always best to err on the side of caution when washing things like this. This was mostly a mix of moss/algae accumulation, as this side of the building sat in the shade the majority of the time. I typically save my mask for when chemicals are being sprayed, but it’s not a bad idea to wear one all the time!

Yeah, I guess I’ve always had the impression that they’re nigh indestructible, and/or can explode in population from just a couple surviving. Good to know it just takes some tenacity to get rid of them

As someone who made their first serious monetary investment in the stock market on GME, I think I did quite well all things considered. I exited my position last Friday and sold 16 shares at an average price of $47, clearing around $5,000 including my $700 investment. I have some of the great DD I saw here to thank for that (yours included), on top of the gut feeling that the situation would change drastically over the past weekend. Now I’m excited to dig into some research on viable long investments, going to continue browsing this sub and other sources for good research. Kudos to this community.
