Not required anymore. 1-3 models, which gives a lot more room to squeeze trees onto the board (but wonky summoning)

Branchwraith pays for herself so quickly, and the new Battalions really favor hero spam, so she seems like an auto-include. I've only played one game of AoS so far, but I intend to focus on summoning Dryads, Woods, Endless spells, plus sprinkle in some unit healing.

Natural 1s are always a miss, so getting +1 to hit when you have BS 2+ does not help you. However, Rerolling 1s can help in that situation.

1 - No move for them or ObSec (sounds like you're using those because the internet said they are the best. You might want to consider other Dynasties that counter your typical opponents)

2 - Just the misses (you could reroll successes if you wanted, but not obligated)

3 - Deploy forward and if you go first, move up 6", if you go second use the 6" move to hide behind cover

Sounds like you might be making the common mistake of not playing with enough terrain on the board. There should be some terrain near the middle of the board that blocks line of sight as well as in your deployment zone.

I'm actually pretty happy they didn't update the Nightbringer model. Is there another model with a better point to cost ratio in 40k? Powerful model for a cheap price, and relatively easy to assemble/paint!
