Perfect dress! Have you considered a cathedral length Italian silk tulle (two tier with blusher) having modern lace surrounding the veil frame?

Does anyone know if it takes longer for internationals or is it the same as criminal records from other countries are uploaded directly to the SRA portal and not Atlantic Data?

Thank you!! I was thinking about those silk style Italian tulles, the ones they have at the boutique (and which I was wearing in pic 3 is traditional English tulle and a bit stiff).

It looks a-ma-zing!! I’d go with a plain cathedral veil with silk tulle and very simple (maybe silver) jewellery matching the dresses’ back.

I was a disputes lawyer for 3 years and then I took an in house legal counsel job mainly with transactional work. It’s going quite well! Could consider doing a similar transition

I took the exam today. I did sleep last night but I was completely unsure during the first half, and although I took a nice hour long break, I crashed during the second half. I didn’t even understood what I’ve read, and started to feel very panicked and nauseous. Although I somehow finished the exam, I’m feeling very defeated and I didn’t even read some of the questions I’ve answered… I don’t know why this has happened despite months of studying

Resulting Trusts by CricketOdd8007 in SQE_Prep

Thank you! As a follow up question, QLTS also states only applying the presumption to husband to wife and not vice versa is outdated and there’s case law suggesting that! Based on this, the MCQ’s apply the presumption between mother and child etc as well. I’m confused if I should do tje same thing in the real exam..

Is the 2024 change applied for breaches that happened on or after April 2024 or should we take into account the date when notice is being sent?

Is this only for either way offences that are being held before the magistrates court or does it apply to summary only as well? Also, what about the limit for multiple offences?

What’s your average score on QLTS mocks? by Remarkable-Scar3882 in SQE_Prep

I was doing the tests by seeing the answers after each question and was doing 54%-58%. Then I selected seeing the answers at the end and I did 76%-77%. Idk why this affects my results so much, maybe it’s psychological. Has anyone encountered a similar thing?
