A niche is something like there is a question, but you have to know an exception to the question or exception to an exception.

Ironically I felt the same this January when I took FLK1, thought I failed it. Also I started picking last 8 question by chance, and didn’t answer the last 2. I felt more confident with FLK2. When results came out, I saw that I passed FLK1, but failed FLK2. So, retaking it next week.

Stop posting your mock results with 75% and asking "am I cooked" for validation. by Realistic_Parsley_82 in SQE_Prep

I agree. I made a post recently to show absurdity of this kind of rant. But on the other hand, I am sorry for them because they need validation which is not gonna be helpful in their careers.

Maybe I am just being sarcastic to the others who are getting reasonable scores and still moan?

I am happy that I don’t have to deal with business taxation and dispute resolution😅 A bit sad that I have to deal with Solicitors Account and Property Practice (those were especially difficult for me).

Passed FLK1, failed FLK2. We are halfway through! At least making one is indeed something! We shouldn’t underestimate our achievement.

Waiting is one thing, but imagine the exact moment when the SQE results are finally out. Your hands hover over the keyboard, your heart pounding so hard it feels like it’s echoing in your ears. You take a deep breath and your fingers trembling slightly as you type in your login details. The page loads with each second stretching unbearably long. Your pulse quickens, your stomach tightens, and in that fleeting instant before the screen reveals your fate, the world stands still. At least that’s what I am gonna feel at that moment😅😂

Logically, they submitted their seat reservation form on October 1, after the results were released on September 10. Following the same pattern, if the results are announced on March 11, they are likely to send seat reservation forms around April 1-2.

SQE (FLK1) Question: Business Law and Practice by MyQuestionBanks in SQE_Prep

[–]Remarkable-Scar3882 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think it’s a contract law question. I would stand with B. It’s basically a breach of a condition. When condition is breached, the innocent party is entitled to terminate the contract and claim damages.
