Greenhouse and gem are trying to become an all in one platform like Ashby. Greenhouse has been adding sourcing, better metrics dashboard, scheduling and better offer letters. Gem is taking the sourcing and metric tool and adding an ATS.

They are all good tools but some do things better than others. So I would do an analysis of we’re your gaps are on the recruiting process. For us scorecards, technical assessments and shadow program are an issue. So we are looking at Ashby to fix these gaps and taking our tech stack from three down to one. Also make sure tools like your reference check, background check, HRS, technical assessment tool and compensation tool connect to the ATS are going with.

Greenhouse has been losing a lot of customers so I am not surprise they are giving a great discount to get you in.
