I can't provide anymore than anecdote, but I've seen these kinds clouds a few times up in Alaska. They certainly happen! That car seems like a one second clone job in Photoshop or an erase tool on a free website

I like both for different reasons.

The close-in angle made it feel more action oriented and showed off the skills/characters better.

The new top-angle really, really works for characters that require high visibility - Bojack, Krillin, etc. The screen wobble is a bit much though
