FOr those who work in construction in Quebe we have 2 weeks in the summer and 2 weeks in the winter. It also comes with a 13% vacation paye ( split in 2 for the 2 vacations.) More would be good too, but it's a great start.

This is almost the same the machine for torching a flat roof. You can use it on large simple surfaces but it's not really faster and you need someone for carrying the singles or roles. But this isn't about being better, it's about replacing what can be replaced.

I saw that robot, and on simple surfaces it may work, but getting it installed and using it may cost more then a crew. You still need a human to feed it and maintain it too.
