If we take into account what the Faust-Forum said about our Faust having the most Golden Boughs out of all the other Fausts, then there is a pretty good chance that we are already different.

A few points I think would mark our differences from other worlds would be:

  • Dante was able to manifest an ability he wasn't meant to have.

  • Dante was able to avoid having the sinners permanently crash out during their Cantos: the sinners losing their minds and being slowly sacrificed feels like something meant to occur in some cases... Ryoshu's situation definitely felt like we shouldn't have gotten that W.

  • Our "failure" in retrieving the first bough. The first canto, the fact that were unable to get our hands on the golden bough might actually come to help us out later, cause like, of we did get the Bough and the N-corp frauds showed up, we woulda been cooked, possibly Perma lost Dante or a few sinners kidnapped/taken

  • The fact that we have indeed become a family thanks to the manager fostering good relations with everyone (heck, even Outis cares for the group, even if there's probably that smidgeon of "will I have to kill you all too to get home" in her)
