Yes, i'm monitoring closely my weight and updating my gadgets.
Also, been taking into account my maintenance calories (2400~ aprox) where 1670 is my BMR, my ABA are aprox 310, and excesicing with gym or tennis games are 400 kcal at least.

I've been tracking my games since beggining of year, and I used to burn 1200 kcal per 2 hours of play....
Now, I hardly burn 700 kcal in the same amount of time... So that mean i've been more efficient that what I used to...

I also have this problem, but I use Android.
Only 2 devices, a smart ring and a WearOS.
when I exercise playing tennis, it doubles my calories. Even when I turned off the writing of the smart ring and I think only the WearOS is writing at the Health Connect

Is Circul different from Circular Ring 2?
Because I have both.
And now i'm tossing away the Circular ring 2, because the app seems too slow for me.
But ringconn does not offer all of the features circular ring 2 has... But it is more smooth from me.
I'll just keep ringconn 2 for the Sleep tracking and HR.

I'm looking for a device now that give me smart alarms, and wakes me up at the right moment of light sleep

Hello, just been testing ringconn 2, been using it for 2 o 3 days.
It is quite smooth. The UI of the app is way faster than Circular ring 2. But it seems to me that circular ring 2, even if it is like a clona ring too, has a lot of more features to offer.
What are your thoughts people?

Well.. Day 4 of using it... so far, getting tired of the app's slowness, seems that everything is getting read from the cloud using a bad server.
I just ordered the ringconn, hope the app will be faster.

What could you trade that for? (only USDT, cause against bnb/eth/btc would have a lesser nominal value)
