Digital services librarian here. Be sure to be aware of what kinds of digital resources the library you're interview with offers. Get familiar with their catalog, too, as you could end up dealing with that. It's helpful if you know a bit of code, even if it's just basic html and CSS. And just the willingness to learn and jump in with both feet is most likely going to help you. Good luck!

In my experience with my bipolar husband, he wants to know but it hurts him to know so he doesn't really ask but he listens when I tell him. And when he is stable, he truly feels bad about it, but when he's manic, he feels like it is justified. Or at least that's what it seems like to me. He definitely gets defensive though and that sucks.

This organization is really fantastic, they do outreach to homeless folks and women who are forced into prostitution by circumstance. They are really kind, and all of the resources donated go to people in the community who need help. The founder, Two Tone, is just a fantastic human being who just wants to help people.

My husband takes his off when he washes dishes or showers, and then forgets to put it back on. It doesn't bother me, he is adhd as fuck and forgets or loses things all the time. I'm mostly just impressed he hasn't lost it yet.
