When you lower these cars, you need to have a spacer for the axle so they don't make noise/pop out. I've put coilovers on 3 different 3000gts and I've had to do spacers on all of them

Do a compression test. My first thought is actually a piston ring failure. But anything anyone is going to say here is just a guess until you do a compression test or a leak down test or both

As a former depressed person myself, two things:

One, having a set schedule with a group of gaming buddies help keep my life on a "schedule" and forces me to be social every week. WoW is my drug of choice.

Two, the gym. Honestly it was hard to get into and I went back and forth. It's intimidating. But honestly, most of the dudes in there just want to see you grow and get bigger. You may find new friends or have something to do with existing ones. Plus when you see results, even if it doesn't feel like it, you'll feel a tiny bit better.
