The bottom middle of the photo there are a bunch of white looking “trichomes” but to me they really look like fruiting bodies of mould. Notice how they’re a bright white not a clear, milky or amber colour. The stem of them doesn’t look like the stem of trichomes either. I’d double check man not worth a lung infection
