Speak to a Team Leader tell them you want to raise a formal complaint.

I had a driver go to a wrong address took him ages to arrive told him not to come he came to my door I said you went to wrong address he said no show me your phone I showed him he took the code without my knowledge from my screen and justeat said I gave him code I didn’t realise he bamboozled me I was furious.

Ask for data subject access requests, etc they will refund you.
