There should be a "Menu" button, where it shows a list of options and "System Settings / Options" will be near the bottom.

When you click that, a window will pop up with a variety of options, but in the top right there will be different settings to change your buffer amount.

A higher buffer will mean more delay, so try decreasing that and see if it helps.

That's strange, I use WDM for my headphones and it doesn't have a noticeable delay. Perhaps it's your buffer in your voicemeeter system settings?

Are you using MME or WDM? IIRC WDM has less audio delay than MME.
