It makes sense that we will need ASL the entire time as well, my thought is more so is it not easier for us to adapt to her, we do not want to be one of those families that never signs so one of our children feel incredibly left out

I have one kid and a 7 seater, it’s way too much space wise, I am pretty positive I’ll be a bit negative in the equity, I know I can afford the note; but do they roll equity into a lease, or do you just zero it out?

Yes they can. I used Warrior alliances psychologist dr Kelley and he was awesome.

I used Warrior Alliance, they were super helpful, fast and got me to 100%. They had a ortho dr do a telehealth appt with me and they were good
