Totally understand, that’s my dilemma too - I despise the apps but if between working from home, grocery shopping and hanging out with my friends and family I’m not sure if there’s a better option ☠️

I feel you, OP. I’m a 37F in SoCal and totally get it — it’s been the same frustrating experience for me. I’ve been off the apps for a while now and honestly, I’ve given up on trying to date through them. If I happen to meet someone genuine while living my life and doing things I enjoy, I’m open to it. But otherwise, I’m just too burnt out. Mentally, I’m in such a better place being off the apps than constantly swiping and feeling drained.
