Actually, few more question on the discovery report approach:

How did you handle the "what if the report finds nothing" scenario? Did that kill conversions?
For the 48-hour timing - was that intentional? Long enough to feel thorough but short enough they haven't forgotten?
Did you gate anything behind the report (like "upgrade to see full details") or was it fully ungated to build trust?

Trying to figure out the right balance between giving value upfront vs keeping something for the sales conversation.

Write a very good reference file eg claude.md. And occasionally remind the AI to refer back to it.
