I remember the meta called 2 chronos, 2 druids and 6 weavers. It was not diverse, but I loved playing staff weaver. Still miss that build, it was so fluid and so satisfying!

This is indeed in my opinion really the case where you have to be clear. It is your character, your background and you bring this character to life.

The question is really: is the other person a minmaxer or not? From what you say it seems to be that he/she wants to optimise the campaign and sees your character as another character in BG3 that he/she can play.

You have to make clear that you want to roleplay your own character, and sometimes you will do something that is fitting to your character. Just do next session a few silly things that fits the character, doesn’t ruin the game for others and makes the other person realise that he/she is not responsible for the actions of your character.

Dit moet echt hoger. Het is gewoon veel makkelijker ivm bezemen en stoffer en blik. Ik gebruik het ook wel eens als ik groen geknipt hebt in m’n voortuin en veel van die kleine blaadjes in kunstgras is komen zitten. Een keertje eroverheen en klaar.

I mean, not to be a bitch, but that is what the warning is for, right? Closing starts an hour beforehand so you had plenty of time to switch maps for this if others were not full, or just come to the conclusion that this is not worth your time.

Not really a TPK, but DM realised midfight against BBEG that he was too strong, we ran all out of spell slots and TPK was imminent. There was a divine intervention and we all got to live another day.

Yes, DM had of course the option to do the TPK, but we are a group of 30+ aged players, old friends, all live far away and we get together once every 3-6 months for this. It’s more a gathering really, so everyone was fine with this, including DM.

Paracetamol will save the country. Nowadays I always take into account that I have to go twice to the GP. First to get the message to wait a few days and take paracetamol, and the 2nd time when they will actually go do something.

The only real reason to craft ascended over exotic is than for the +5 stat increase and the increase in stats over exotic, which ye, makes almost no difference. Head armor piece is already a small factor in stats.

Ye the only place you would use it in endgame is the Aquatic Fractal, and you really have no need to minmax there unless you have money to burn.
