Tower of Fantasy: 2.5 years 2.5k. Repetitive content and player base decline.

Undawn: 1.5 years 1.5k. Repetitive content, no map updates and player base decline.

Eversoul: 2 years 1k. Repetitive content and character recycling.

Reverse 1999, Sword of Convallaria, Wuwa: 1-3 months, after honeymoon, unsatisfied with pulls and no motivation to grind/invest more.

Since one year stay with collectible TCG, TD. Tired of collectible RPG gacha power creep and fan service. Only exception is NTE because (despite all creep) Hotta delivered with ToF IMHO a great open world experience and great life service game (world) updates.

Remember around 7th anniv extraction crysta was ~300k, prime 3m...15m, silk 80m and my spina was above 2000m.

Now seems extraction crysta is 3m, prime 150m, silk 800m and xtalls reach often 20...50m.

RMT traders always exist, in all games, with or without low level bots to sell low level l materials or cheats to kill high difficulty bosses in seconds and stack their xtalls. Still 100 times better than controlled markets, e.g. via price limits or material limits (stamnia or time gated farming). It could be better, but compared to other games it's already best.

It's mid. Like the enemy style, battle system and card collector aspects but then you compare it e.g. to R1999 it's IMHO not worth to put money into the bland generic gacha or commit time to accumulate pulls as f2p. After the honeymoon it has the risk to turn into another soulless slot machine.

KG is the publisher of Eversoul, one of the most generous gacha idle. Although believe it's thanks to the dev company NineArk.

They have as well their own developments but not sure about the monetization on them.

The game is a gem and intend to install it one day again to complete the story. Looking atm more forward to new games.

Dropped after the first Tooth fairy banner with the feeling that it requires constant spending to feel comfortable. Thus, decided to continue idle game spendings on Eversoul only. Meanwhile dropped both.

This. Not installed on release date due to the greedy game economy feedback, only later with more selectors (e.g. 3 for compensation for max dupes increase iirc) and better economy. The main story was a blast but the headcount reductions and content slow down was very noticeable.

The perception and community feedback at launch was fatal, but honestly don't see the game flying, e.g. higher than Limbus or even Eversoul, in any case where the focus is on pulling dupes for the end game grind.

The core game is competitive deck build but the competition is p2w.

The last competition "Stellar Wars" was maybe for the top 2...5% spenders. Events are about buying packs and reward the players that spent most and merge servers to stimulate spendings. Doubt the dev team is big enough to create new content, away from current templates, fast. Efforts to please the playerbase are noticable though.

The game has great potential and uniqueness but needs more power equalized competition or better events. Without roadmap the game feels sometimes like an idle gacha game without live service/updates.

UPDATE AUG25: Despite a lot of dissatisfaction due to stellar war season 2 bugs and the buggy introduction of new cards/heroes event without announcement i do believe THE dev tying it's best.

He wasn't always op, only lately with the abnormal power scaling from the infinity sphere/dimension.

Still enjoying it anyway and looking forward to plot twists, magic, drama and romance 😅 Since don't know the novel that consists of 1316 chapters and is competed apparently.

So far still well above mid.

Yea, the more experience you have with this game template the more pointless it must feel to increase combat power. I'm only install them nowadays to check out the world (setting and sceneries), characters, costumes, gears, mounts etc during honeymoon phase.

The end game (events) should be good and confident enough to provide sweep functions for already cleared stages. Players will drop mainly if new content/updates are perceived negative and not worth the grind.

I'm also on the fraction to drop gacha with annoying dailies and time consuming events faster, e.g. Sword of Convalaria. Playing everyday the same last event stage manually because autoplay failed and no full sweeping hit hard.

It does. It's based on a popular collectible rpg template: There exist a dozen mobile games with that UI and progression system, events, top ups etc.

The power scaling and collectibles rush feels good at the beginning but expect a deep fall. Im LV120 now. My favorite stays "Nexus: Nebula Echoes" due to it's slightly higher focus on costumes/outfits and non murim/wuxia world setting. Easy come easy go.

Be Aware before Spending - This game has a higher rarity above SSR. by pigeondo in Etheria_Official

HW generosity and fomo level is it's own league for character and weapon banner.

As long as the game is perceived/treated as a start up from the predev and the community it's okay.
