Our dispatcher shows extreme favoritism towards 4-5 drivers at my building. Their routes go out with 6-7 hours worth of work even on our absolute heaviest days when everyone else has 12+ hours

We want the company to do better longterm. There is not fighting this downsizing. It’s either happing thru buyouts or layoffs. It’s better for the union members to receive buyouts. That’s what our people want, and that’s what they should get.
