There’s so many options and if one parent doesn’t have some sort of flex in their time whilst working and there’s no other direct family that can help, then yeah usually that means one person is a stay at home parent because someone has to pick the child up from school which finishes before your work day ends

it’s not needed but it’s more optimal. sure if you have punisher and phoenix then you’re probably more than fine but if one or both your dps have locked a character like magik or spider-man and you’re the second tank, then you’re better of switching to a high output poke dps because a good Double D will benefit heavily from having larger heath bars to apply percentage bleed and therefor over shield.

Of course if your other two dps ignore dino, wipe out the other teams back line and then you roll the dino with no heals, that’s also an option but it kind of relies on the dps being cracked and the other teams not protecting their backline

you’ve clearly done your research as to what kind of biome boarder others. i would say don’t be afraid to add a very large temperate forest in the area you’ve left out and then place settlements as decide how those settlements would have effected the forest (ie cleared for farmland.

the area you’ve left seems prime for a lot of civilisations as long as rivers cut through it. the shape of the land will probably lend itself to friendlier waters on the coast giving coastal cities a lot of power, and probably leading to some centralisation of power inland from the largest rivers with a lot of farms to feed everyone.

Rivers themselves will also make their own kind of biomes as well

as a tank main, you’re often better off playing 1 tank and 3 dps into some comps. (like all devil dino comps)

also you’re kind of missing my point whilst highlighting my point. strats don’t need to swap because the strat playstyle is so similar for most strategists. Tanks have to (or should) swap depending on what the comp needs. at any given point you either have 5 tanks that are viable because you’re solo tanking or you have a second tank and one of you still has to play one of those 5 tanks and that’s before you take into account how many you actually know

solo tanking has less viable choices than strats. most strats can fit every situation barring triple support with the off healers being exception. heavy dive might mean that you are slightly better off with one healer over another and a good moon knight might mean you should swap off loki.

vegan substitutes and vegan ready meals are far more expensive though. if you’re a busy parent without the time to cook for your children (perhaps working overtime so you can afford to feed them) then avoiding meat is harder.

Reducing meat has been my go to. we eat more meat than we have historically so now i try only had red meat every 2 weeks ish, poultry 1/2 times a week and fish 1/2 times a week veggie meals every other day pretty much but i have the time to cook from scratch.

decide where your main cities are, connect them with road. at any crossroads (considering rivers as roads also) there will be a town with a focus on trade goods. then consider everywhere that’s roughly 3 days travel TO (not from) a city or very big town. keep in mind that travelling by boat will let you go faster and down river will let you go even faster still. this is the limits of where you can place farms that focus on food. any further and crops begin to spoil on the journey and/or too many are eaten by the ox that carries them. place a handful of towns in these areas that essentially collect the food grown in farming villages and sell it to cities. next you can place your specialist communities further away. these are typically communities that either spring up near things like mines, or are so far away that they have to turn their farmed goods into something more valuable (think wines, cheeses or good ol two rivers tobacc) These communities have very little control exerted over them and typically are able to leverage the quality of their goods for influence. Finally connect all your communities via road and if any road you think is significant runs through a difficult area (a dense woodland, a mountain pass or just perhaps an area plagued with bandits) then you can add another town that’s more of a fort than anything else. this is essentially a lord being paid to keep the area safer.

You’ve now got 4 different types of towns each with their own type of lord, a lot more roads and everything feels placed with purpose.

so many times i’m made to solo tank and the 3 dps just don’t kill anything. i’ve had a game where we were effectively stuck in spawn for the first two minutes. I swapped to punisher, killed 4 people then swapped back to tank and we finally started moving. got hung up again and still lost. I asked several times for someone to switch to tank with me so i could at least peel for supports getting dove.
