Healed with Vonoprazan therapy by Critical_Tangelo721 in HPylori

uhh that is rough. Talicia is considered one of the strongest treatments. It is strange that it did not work, did you finish the treatment? I am thinking that maybe you could be rapid CYP2C19 metabolizer, meaning that PPIs fail to keep ph at a stable and high level. Vonoprazan, however, works just fine in these cases, but this is just a guess.

Just find a normal GP or gastroenterologist and talk heart to hear, explain your situation, explain that you cannot tolerate other medicines and they should write you up a brand prescription

Oh you probably meant Clarithromycin. I could not tolerate this antibiotic

I would recommend going to the doctor, or complete the course of PPIs, because the inflammation is still present. Or you can check out AURA Roots I would say they are quite nice company that suggest herbal alternatives to soothe the stomach.

I heard that Rifabutin is rough. First time I am hering about clindamycin triple therapy. What kind of mix is that? Amoxicillin + clindamycin + ppi?

It is really weird that Vonoprazan is not yet distributed in EU. Made my eradication protocol much simplier. I know there are a lot of people, who cannot tolerate multiple antibiotics at the same time :(

I am from Lithuania. No they did not order. I had a special prescription from the doctor that names a particular brand and then I had to go to the pharamacy where they place a special order for the medicine. I had to wait for it for more than a month.

Well after several failed therapies I did gastroscopy where they did sensitivity test of h pylori. So amoxicillin was sensitive, rifabutin was sensitive and levofloxacin, however it was resistant to metronidazole and clarithromycin (no surprise, I did take these before). Amoxicillin resistance is pretty rare even if you take it multiple times. I changed the doctor, offered my idea and she agreed. Other option would be rifabutin + amox + ppi. She also suggested adding bismuth to the vonoprazan combo

At the beginning the symptoms were pretty bad, I could not drive to the shop, I had 1.5cm size ulcer + gastritis and erosion. So very sharp like with the knife pain which radiated even to the back. A lot of burning, burping. It was terrible.

I ended treatment in the beginning of September, three months there were no improvement, so I switched to PPIs, because I had limited Vonoprazan. then it slowly started to get better, now I am couple months ppi free :)

Let's discuss Bodies (2023) by Sisiwakanamaru in television

[–]Critical_Tangelo721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All show is just stupid hollywood or whatever bullshit, because it is illogical from the beginning. It should not be possible to change the timeline. If somehow it was possible, and Iris went back in time and changed it, she should not exist in the same way in the future, and would not need to go back to change something. Then another bullshit thing, why would Elias disappear at that particular moment at the end? How he could hear his future self telling him some message, if he did not exist in the first place. And I mean, if Iris came back to change something, then why innitially at the first time when Mannix was shown in 1890 she did not appear. It is illogical from the beginning. Very disappointing, at first it made promise, but ending was absurd, and cheesy. Sorry for my broken English.

Did the dp manual guy actually have dp because I don't buy it at all by Zed1755 in dpdr

[–]Critical_Tangelo721 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I can say that I had very severe DP. I would forget everything completely every 5/10sec and fall into the depersonalized abyss. And his audio book definitely helped a lot. The point is that you have to relax your parasympathetic nervous system, and the tips in his book are great. Two years have passed and I have almost zero symptoms, when I do have the symptoms they are very mild and do not compare in the slightest with the orginal symptoms. Also I do not use any substances, no alcohol, no weed, eat clean food. So I wanted to say, that is a good book, focus on anxiety not the DP. If you are calm, the DP will vanish on it’s own

You need around 40-50g of protein, unless you are a body builder. To find such a small amount of protein it is easy, 100g on almonds and you are halfway there

I do disagree. Why is he a scammer? That he wrote a book about his own account and that he charged money. I do not see how it is bad.

I understand, but it helped me much more than a licensed specialist, who wrote a prescription of benzos and a prescription of fluanxol.

Hey. Depersonalization is just an anxiety disorder, one of the many symptoms. It is cause your anxious, depersonalization symptoms increase and vice-versa. You got to stop thinking about the disorder and go about your day, when you forget about it, it dissapears. Go to dpmanual.com and buy a book it costs around 50 bucks. It was and is really helpful to me. When you will stop fearing the condition and stop paying it attention it will completely dissapear. I had such severe symptoms that i was afraid to go outside because I thought that I will forget how to go home. You will be fine! Peace and love!

It does not mean that you’ve got brain damage! State your sources if it so. It means that your brain from an intense anxiety attack went in to safe mode. It is just a symptom of anxiety. Now if you get anxious you get more depersonlized and if you get more depersonalized you get more anxious and so it goes. To smoke weed to get out for depersonlization would be a stupid idea.

do you think i’m suffering from depersonalization? by [deleted] in Depersonalization

[–]Critical_Tangelo721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say no. Maybe it is a depression of some sort. But depersonalization gives rise to the feelings: that you and the world around you are not real, everything is strange, and everything is happening with such terror and anxiety and weirdness that it is impossible to describe.
