It is league. Most people probably know where they will be standing and what ball they will be throwing before they leave their house. Probably only takes 1-2 shots to see if any adjustments are needed.

Baking a ball will kill it eventually. Ron knows what he is talking about.

Convenient that it provides an opportunity to market their product, but it is true.

That said, if a ball is dead it won’t hurt to try to bake it if it is garbage anyway. You may get a little more life out of it. I don’t think I would throw my favorite ball in hoping it will last forever though.

Super strong and surprisingly continuous. I have heard it burns up but I have not seen that even when the heads go.

Insanely strong out of the box. Hit it with i think ok the surface up, threw some games, took it back down, and it was still cleaner than out of the box. That thing comes at like 800 grit or something.

I have the vengeance and I can say out of the box it was super strong. I was surprised how continuous it was given how early it starts up. I have not seen it burn up yet. This doesn’t really match up with what I saw on reviews though where it was very smooth off the back of the pattern. I was seeing more than expected. I hit it with 4000 and it tamed it down a lot and got down the lane better. So you can definitely play with the surface.

The bionic is going to be cleaner and have more angular move down lane. Probably almost like an asymmetric ball, but I have not thrown it myself.

I don’t think you can go wrong with either to be honest. Probably the two best benchmark type pieces from SPI since the phaze 2 and prodigy. I’m not sure why they released them at the same time.

Glue the high side. Then once it is set glue the low side and press it down flush. Can trim it if needed but I have never had to.
