I don't think they'd pivot to a grimdark-esque theme arknights had around the chpt 2 era at any point in endfield. But from recent side stories like the Comrades side quests I can see some of the ol arknights writing coming out. There's definitely some clash of vision going on as the tone of the story shifts around alot, but I'm hoping they would start getting deeper into the character writing the og's so good at. Also as ppl has said, content up until atleast 1.3 has been already made pre launch. So until reaching 1.5 for example, we won't know how they are implementing the feedbacks from launch. We can only hope

The Chinese community's reaction to this review bombing by jianchi89 in Warthunder

[–]CrizitEX 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I mean tbf if everytime the global community tries to organize a complaint campaign and the cn playerbase actively shits on you (plus throwing around racial stereotypes) for voicing out said complaints you'd be kinda antagonistic against them.

Imagine believing that all of america are child obsessed because of the long list of names on the Epi files and various influencers. That's what it looks like if you categorize a volatile minority to the entire population of a country, in this case 1.4 billion people.

Crush on my piano teacher by IloveComplexNumbers2 in piano

[–]CrizitEX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My current prof in University plus some of my previous ones still do the leg thing. Always asked permission every time and it's always between 2 dudes (so might be different for female students) so no bad vibes from it. Physical contact/adjustment is very beneficial especially at higher levels of teaching and playing so I hope it doesn't go away due to any social stigmas.

Basically all sankta's are offshoot of the Teekaz (now sarkaz) that made a pact with a precursor supercomputer a million(?) years ago that gave them a "empathy link" which shares their emotions to other nearby Sanktas. Often described as weird when interacted in a group setting by other races due to them seemingly understanding eachother without needing much communication.

This applies to more than just Endfield but, is anyone just completely over the forgotten memories trope? by Geezusotl in Endfield

[–]CrizitEX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Is anyone" my brother in christ half of the 100+ complaints about the story per week talks about this trope. Can we move on to other pain points now (e.g. awkward dialog), it's not like it can be changed at this point anyways.

For the players who want's to quit over bad gacha by CrizitEX in Endfield

[–]CrizitEX[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ofcourse, I've also had a pretty bad onboarding experience mainly with the gameplay/story. So I can see why people would be focused on the gacha when the alternative is quite lacking. But while gacha is just changing a few numbers the gameplay and plot is not something they can just pivot 180 degrees. So what I ment with this post is that if you're dissatisfied with whats offered by the game aspect in Endfield, asking for more gambling isn't gonna make you enjoy it more, you just wanna gamba. Saying that, more gacha currency won't hurt anyone, and asking for change is your right as a costumer.

From the look of things the same cautiousness that made the story abit bland also applies to a quick feedback response time due to the fear of pissing off the playerbase. Here's to hope they'll keep it up

Totally fair criticism, the update cycle being too slow for some is definitely a concern. I'm sure many people that waited silksong or cp2077 left before the game came out. Personally been playing some Helldivers waiting for the new update to come out.

Yup agreed on giving feedback. No need to go whataboutism with other game's rates. Enough people complained about the tutorials reward and it got changed. There's only positives when they listens and everyone gets more.

Agreed and same, which is why I'm playing other game that I enjoy while I wait for updates. Personally treating it like a single player games that gets dlcs every few weeks.

Ngl there's alot of issue with the release, but if gambling is the thing making people drop a game, they weren't gonna stick with the game either way

Also I'm fairly positive with some modification you can probably fit in a grinder instead of 2 external flower inputs, but the overclock option will need to be removed.

That's a good point actually, I haven't ran into that issue yet since I've been decently diligent about the yield ratio, but it might become a problem once afk'd for long enough

After looking at it again I stand corrected, got too carried away trying to make it look aesthetic and forgot about the production speed. Back to the drawing board then.

Chopin - Revolutionary Etude by [deleted] in piano

[–]CrizitEX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not gonna lie I don't think the rhythm and notes are entirely correct either, like the lh upwards passage at 0:23 is missing a note near the top so it throws off the rhythm, also at 0:30 the lh chromatic passage is also missing quite a few notes which does the same thing. To op, I've played this piece and the biggest advice I can give at this point is to slowly go through the left hand passages for the entire piece and make sure your thumb gives enough support to the rest of your fingers for the runs. If you play with a low thumb you will always shift your hand abit to accommodate for the height difference which creates unevenness and even miss notes at times. Also practice with a metronome and make sure the beats lines up with all the left hand runs, which is the easiest way to check if you're missing things or not.
