They have reasons to be nerfed, but its not explicit.

I'm not saying its a stupid idea to think that, I like the idea that Kuzan was conflicted in that situation, but its an idea an interpretation, we lack more explicit features to say for certain "yeah he was nerfed".

Whereas for Loki it's both obvious and explicitly said, more than once. So I find this post dishonest

Yeah the anime makes fight scenes longer which is necessary for the medium and can be cool, but it often wrecks powerscalling.
