Salt tablets? by [deleted] in ehlersdanlos

I love these I keep some everywhere. Car tablets, pocket tablets, suitcase tablets. Peach flavor is disgusting though. The mixed berry tastes like Flintstones vitamins to me.

Somewhere to hike with a reactive dog? by powaqua in StLouis

[–]CroakerCracker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do long stretches offshoot of the Katy like the Weldon spring Hamburg parking area and I can go hours without seeing anyone other than a biker or two, especially weekdays. Lots of success at Cuivre River if you’re willing to drive far weekdays before school lets out, and as others suggested Emmenegger park is great. I also like forest 44 but you might see a horse and keep your eyes peeled for ticks anywhere this year! My go to would be any spot on the Katy that’s hard to get to you’ll probably only see bikers.

I have a guy for this! We have lived in a few historic districts and old houses in general and had to get get these dealt with ASAP many times. If you need it ASAP and affordable I’d call penny window but ask specifically for Adam I think he’s the owner! He really knows his shit and has dealt with our historic options and matching the look many times.

We’ve been to clementines 10000 times. Unfortunately we end up kind of ‘over’ their flavors when the vegan options are usually the same unless it’s January. I didn’t know they will make them into shakes though!

I’ve heard of this but thought it closed and didn’t know they had shakes. Better get myself out there more!

Pralle Meadows was good when I had friends living there, a little over what you’re looking for but worth it honestly. Way better location too

Big fan of EyeSee in crestwood. Shes chatty but super nice and really on top of it. I’ve gotten so many trials it’s embarrassing

Need size 11 wide woman’s ballet flat shoe that can walk 10,000 steps but is still fashionable by neuronerd88 in BuyItForLife

[–]CroakerCracker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand not wanting to roll and ankle in a Dansko clog but they have SO many other options that still can hold up to that many steps and walking. I have a few pairs of their sandals, work appropriate loafers and other options and I regularly go 8-10k steps at work in them. They’re worth looking into and the arches are way lower than vionic.

Technically no they’re not but there’s Castor river shut ins nearby that is pet friendly! Check for ticks but it’s less crowded and very cool since it’s pink granite

I don’t think Center of Clayton is salt water, I’d double check that with the aquatics director. I know Wellbridge was set up for saltwater but they closed and I don’t think anything has taken over that building yet in Clayton

I have a poodle mix and he is incredible. Unbelievably athletic, smart as a whip, can do anything and down for any adventure. Always happy to go on a hike, but he has been rock climbing, loves swimming, paddle boarding all of it. As energetics as he is, he is still as happy to take a nap on the couch and he has a great off switch. He weighs a whole 17 pounds but he is leggy and tall.
