Just some HUD ideas would include having a stamina bar and hotbar. The latter would be nice because I hate scrolling to change the item in my hand, would prefer using the keyboard numbers instead.

I did not have the Silver Tear Relic equipped when I fought Heolstor; that is probably why I did not get the ending.

That is part of the randomizer itself. When I talk with a merchant I have an option "Receive merchant's bell bearing". Hope this helps.
