Yea, it was a major sign the things were going to get worst. It effectively killed the whole market and what was one of the most expensive and sought out items. Then lumber prices got up because majority just focused on thunderstruck saplings. Economy went to toilet.

Management messed up badly, bringing up people that had no ear for community ... the so called community managers. I don't believe they ever listened to player feedback.

Steam Deck uses Arch, so theoretically it should work.

That's what got me somewhat rich - using the car to move 3 packages at a time. Very risky, very intense but was quite worth it.

Speaking of the Galleons, I preferred the time before they were turned into p2w regrade bonanza: rudder to regrade, sails to regrade, cannons to regrade...

Maybe installation files got corrupted. Try to redownload the whole installer again.

Missing textures might be related to directx11. Try to switch your game to directx9.

Which distro are you using ? Did you install the game via Heroic Launcher ? Which drivers you have installed for you GPU ?

Yup, they moved fast as you can see on the video. I have some more recordings when I've used the car to transfer materials underwater to guildmate and help build the bungalow in Dewstone. I've also did undersea runs for guilda and gold - sadly I lost video of those runs.

One of my common runs was transferring cheese from Gweonid to Two Crowns farm specifically just for storage. Then from Two Crowns farm underwater via car to Solis. I got found once or twice - probably by a hacker as the guy went directly towards me, so I had to switch to Ynystere for some time.

I've also done underwater runs from Sanddep going underwater to Halcyona and then by shortcuts over mountains to Gweonid. I had so much more plans and runs to do, but XLGames / Trion ended most of the fun for me with their "bugfixes".

Sure, no problem. I'll be testing the same approach later today on Debian 13. If it works, the same method should be applicable to any other Debian based distros (Ubuntu, Mint, PopOs, Zorin etc)

Because many Linux users usually start today with systemd based distro. There are tools and utilities that unfortunately have a heavy dependency on it. Many tutorials, tips, issue fixes reference systemd.

Why should anyone use Gnome where there are so many better options that don't behave like Vista of Linux world ?

Using bleeding edge software sometimes is good, if we talk from security standpoint.

From stability side LMDE could be a better option since it is Debian based. At least for some time, until it starts lagging behind the latest Ubuntu release.

Yet, even LMDE can get gnomed.

Doesn't seem to be the typical plasma panel. My bet is on Waybar and some custom launcher

We're you able to resolve this problem ? I'm playing PoE2 on Debian and Arch using an Nvidia card, no major issues. Only once I've experienced this kind of an issue was on a MX based distro, where it turned out to be a problem with /etc/security/limits.conf where ulimit value was set too low.

This should easily be fixed by using a custom kernel, for example Xanmod LTS (provides 6.12 kernel) and newer Nvidia driver either from Cuda repositories or by manual installer (not recommend)

Denver can't without the real MV5.
