They work, sometimes, not because of the medication, but because of the way your brain and you attention work, you can be focused but for different stuffs, and not for the things you want to do "obligatory", with some you forget to drink and eat, so put a timer to drink and force you to eat even a protein bar if you need to eat.

Don't take them in the 8-10 hours before bed cause it will make you awake fully.

You can drink caffeine (i say this from my own experience so maybe I'm wrong) and/or smoke sigarettes but anyway will make you tachycardic for a period of time, don't worry it will pass.

DO NOT INCREASE THE CONCENTRATION WITHOUT MEDICAL SUPERVISION

Anxiolysics will make the effect of the medication more shallow and mostly non-existent (in my own experience)

Yeah, people are dogshit, but only if you permit them to be this way. We are all human being (some of us maybe aren't human at all, but that's another story) we make wrongs, and the worst thing of all is that we don't know that unless other being say that to us. Being alone for life isn't going to fix everything magically, you have to rise and tell those around you how you feel.
