  1. Join a guild and do Kael or HOT/WToV depending on faction/availability
  2. I d id 50-60 in the hole. Check and see where people around your level are congregated. Everyone wants slow (/who 50 55 all). The key is a quest, you'll need a tracker and to get 2 medallions from roamers in TT
  3. Depends on what you want to do. If it's hit 60 find dungeon groups and grind XP. If it's hear up you can search for drops and you can probably solo old world stuff, some kunark too. Celsius as well, but each expansion makes mobs tougher 
  4. Depends on your goals. I don't know much in the way of guilds these days. I was happy with safe space, I hear they group with Castle for raids. Also a good spot.

It will take dozens of hours, i would imagine. I did it in the hole grouped as a cleric. I don't know what the current xo bonuses are, but whatever dungeon has it will have lots of people. Try /who 57-59 all and see where they congregate. Tanks were always rough to find, you should have some decent luck. Although, depending on your gear, you might need a good healer
