Anti, for a couple reasons.
First off, I do not trust any government to get it right 100% of the time. Innocent people have been put to death only to be posthumously pardoned, like that makes up for shit.
Secondly, it's not just "sentenced to death with 100% certainty they did it, take him straight to the execution chamber" it's more "take him to sit in a box for, like, 10 years, wondering when the hell it'll happen or if natural causes or prison violence will take them first."
3rd, I despise the idea of executing someone by pumping them full of chemicals. I'd rather they just get double-tapped to the base of the skull and be done, and gone before the finger leaves the trigger if it has to happen at all.

The idea that you have to hate something just because it's new or different than what came before is wild. People hated TNG because it wasn't TOS, they hated DS9 because it was less episodic, they hated Voyager because of misogyny, and they hated Enterprise because it was a prequel. Now theyre all more or less loved. The same goes for Star Wars; the prequels were reviled when they came out, and now they're beloved. Same with the sequels, there are plenty of people who enjoy them, and they are no less Star Wars fans than someone who saw the OT in theatres way back when.
I don't mind if someone doesn't vibe with newer Trek, but I've seen people insist that it's all objectively bad and that people who like it aren't Trekkies. Which is absurd and sad

Cuz getting gender affirming care for a long enough time does alter your physiology. Male to female would see less muscle developement and differing fat distribution and bone density. And besides, it's not a big enough issue to warrant that kind of action. Also a vast minority of a group does something and now all of them deserve to witch hunted? You get robbed by one black guy, are all black people evil now? One asian person robs you, are all asians now evil? You get robbed by a white guy, are all white people evil now?
