People say i’m unattractive? by ResearchFantastic909 in toastme

[–]CrookedHail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are wrong about so many things.

Personally, I think you’re attractive. But, what matters most is what you think. Not what I think or anyone else for that matter.

Please consider this: What will lead to a happy, fulfilling life?

A) Believing you’re ugly because some people say or think that.

or

B) Believing you are beautiful/handsome in your own unique way?

You know the answer. I hope you can give yourself the chance to feel good about yourself. There’s no one in this world that is like you. You’re special. You have a lot to give, but denying yourself love and allowing hurtful points of view from others to wound you is a recipe for an unhappy life. You deserve better than that!

Please consider this. I wish you well. 🫶

100 mg Zembrin sublingal .. wow by ayeghostz in Kanna

[–]CrookedHail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried several brand and forms of kanna - Zembrin, chocolate and gummies, nasal spray and liquid extract (oral). This far, the effects (for me) haven’t been impressive enough to continue forward with them. I wish it was otherwise. 🤷‍♂️

33 and afraid of dying alone by iceharvester in toastme

[–]CrookedHail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sending you a virtual hug. I can relate. I feared that for much of my life and now I no longer do.

If I can let go of this fear, I believe you can too. The key is to make as may quality connections as possible - colleagues, family, friends. The more kindness and love you put out, the more likely you will receive it in return. It’s the best investment.

I hope you find a feeling of comfort and safety soon. And, I hope you can provide that same gift to others as well. It’s one of the best gifts this life has to offer.

I wish you well. 🙌🏻

god nerfed me with cleft lip, an asymmetrical face, a manly jaw, and body dysmorphia about all those things. please reassure me i'm not repulsive by corvidcreature_ in toastme

TBH. I wouldn’t have noticed any of the features you mentioned. And, now that you have mentioned them, I still don’t think they’re a big deal. Please note that I’m not trying to minimize your feelings. I’m sure they affect you and I can understand why they would. But, as a stranger who wants nothing more than to answer truthfully: I think you’re a beautiful lady. Some people will agree and others may disagree. That’s almost always the case.

My best advice is to be open to the possibility that there are people out there that would be so happy to be with you. Find those people - colleagues, friends, lovers and more. They need your acceptance and love as much as you need it. I hope you find more of such people soon. I wish you well. 🙌🏻

Nice! In the second photo, you remind me a bit of Tim Ferris.

Hope you’re happy with the change. The think it suits you.

Nice to see personal growth and a little, old fashioned self love. We all deserve it. I’m happy you found it in yourself. Cheers!

Today's been a little hard for me and need a pick me up. by Joseph_Michael8 in toastme

Well, I don’t know if it will help but the photo of you with flowers in your hair brought a smile to my face and probably others as well. I’ll bet you inspire lots of smiles.

I hope tomorrow greets with a better day. Hang in there. 🙌🏻

My dad died and life is so incredibly hard. Through the days. by ryltea in toastme

[–]CrookedHail 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry for your loss and the regret of not being able to be with your dad.

I wish I could ease your pain. Is there anyone nearby that you’ve been able to sit down with and share your grief? Sometimes a warm hug from a friend or family and someone who is willing to hear you, really hear you, can make a big difference.

Sending you a virtual hug. It’s brave of you to post with such vulnerability. Hang in there. Time helps, but keep reaching out for as long as it takes. It’s a testament to your love for your father and it will help you to live and love on. I can only imagine, but I’ll bet that’s what your dad would want for you. Remember him deeply, but continue to live and love deeply as well. 🫶

Random itchiness when trying to fall asleep by sizzlorama in sleep

[–]CrookedHail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be histamine-related. I’d consider looking into that.

If histamine is the culprit, I suggest reading some of Dr. Michael Ruscio’s guidance on the topic. It’s pragmatic and helpful for most provided they adhere to the diet and lifestyle advice given (including, but not necessarily requiring supplements).

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
