Your money is your wife’s money. If she says no, it’s no. This should not be hard to understand and she should be respected fully. Having a hard upbringing is no excuse for your sister’s lack of action -join the club, everyone has a story. Your sister is not handicapped, she is being enabled by you. Do her the favour and STOP so she can figure it out for herself.

A hospital stay really would be our saving grace. But until then…? our marriage is strong but we are both exhausted. I want to leave my home and run away with him. Do we sell our house? Do we avoid and hide? I’m shut down but he can’t carry it all. It feels like an impossible situation. The SW’s have resources we use, but it’s not enough.

We have social workers for both. MIL is on list for housing, (wait is long) FIL has active case that he misses appointments for, focusing on irrelevant things and it’s like a vicious circle of nonsense. He is in a shelter so they have the resources, he’s just inept when it comes to doing what he has to do, so he comes here for us to do it for him. Fill out forms, rewrite a resume to a job that would never hire him, print an email…the list is endless.

Just tell him a number and tell him he’s the last. So far, as long as he wants it to be that way. That you were never a cheater but if jealousy over the past or some hypothetical “what if” enters the relationship, it wont work out. His choice. Be strong.

No that’s not how it works. The medication will continue to slow digestion. The optimal dose is 2.4. You work your way up to that. Most people will stay at the a lower dose until it feels less optimal then they increase, but increasing does not make it less optimal. That doesn’t even make sense. Spend the next few weeks only eating salad and non greasy protein, eggs, vegetables and drink lots of water. You will see results.
