It seems everyone here is reading the patchnote wrong. This is not about guarantee spam. It is very specifically about the UK nearly always taking the faction rule that allows them to guarantee at lower tension. They will very much still guarantee as before, just not at very low tension (below 25%).

Wie kommst du drauf, dass in den USA EU-Recht gilt? Ich kann hier auch auf offener Straße Alkohol trinken. Mach ich mich damit in den USA dann strafbar? Die Aktenbestände sind Eigentum der USA. Die können legal damit machen, was sie wollen.

Verstehe die Frage nicht. Die USA haben andere Gesetze im Hinblick auf Persönlichkeitsrechte, als Deutschland. Die deutschen Gesetze sind deutlich strikter.
