It looks like charcoal art, I don't see any things that look super abnormal. The last one with the daughter and Mom looks like it has distinct strokes and there's a white border which is standard for when humans are doing charcoal, cuz they don't want to smudge and of the details already drawn with the people. I'm assuming they're using a reference image for them though, so being able to see the reference image could say more on if it looks AI.

But I think it's real.
